Vaccination Tickets

To receive the vaccination, you need the vaccination ticket(s) sent by the City of Sendai. The vaccination ticket(s) are sent out to residents who are eligible to receive the vaccine.

• Upon receiving the vaccination ticket(s), please keep them in a safe place until the day of receiving the vaccination.
•  Should you have any questions, please ask the Call Center at 0120-39-5670.
