We will start sending your “My Number” Notification Card from the end of October 2015 to December, 2015.

We will send a “Notification Card” package to each household through registered mail. It should include the “Notification Card” for all the household members. Those who have received their Notification Card, must have it with them when they change their address at the ward office.

We will open a call center for inquiries about the “Notification Card” or “Individual Number Card” from October 5, 2015, so if you have any questions on these matters, please contact the center.

Health Checkups for Children Enrolling in Elementary School Next Spring

  • Eligibility: Children who were born between April 2, 2009 and April 1, 2010.
  • What to bring: Notice of School Entrance Health Checkup(will be sent in early October), indoor shoes, writing utensils.
  • We ask that a guardian accompany the child in order to discuss the results of the checkup with the school.
  • If your child is unable to receive a health checkup at the assigned school, he/she can receive it at any convenient school. You must contact both the assigned school and the school where you wish your child to have the health checkup in advance.
  • Please do not go by car unless absolutely necessary.
  • Some schools offer 30-minute parenting lectures for guardians during health checkups.

Inhabitant Tax Payments

Please make your third FY 2015 Inhabitant Tax payment at your nearest financial institution by November 2nd.(Fri.). If you pay by bank transfer, the transaction will be made on November 2nd.

Notification of Enterprise Identification Number will begin in October.

From October, all business enterprises will be notified their 13 digit Enterprise Identification Number. Different from “Individual Number”, these numbers will be posted for business and enterprises on the Enterprise Identification Number website.
