The following contact are in charge of COVID-19 related consultations, including deteriorating health conditions.
Medical Information Center
- Eligibility: individuals in poor health (who have yet to visit a medical institution), and individuals who tested positive for COVID-19

- Hours of operation: 24 hours
Post-recovery Consultations (lingering symptoms, etc.) Hotline
- Eligibility: individuals with lingering symptoms, etc.

- Hours of operation: Weekdays 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
