Incorporating “the new normal” into your daily life

As a precaution against the prolonging of COVID-19 infections, we request that citizens incorporate “the new normal” into their daily life. By each and every one of us putting this into practice we can prevent the spread of COVID-19.

  • Individual basic infection countermeasures
  • Keep a physical distance of 2 meters (7ft) whenever possible
  • Avoid speaking face to face during conversations whenever possible
  • Wear a mask even if you are not symptomatic when on an outing, indoors, and talking to others.
  • Wash your face and hands as soon as you arrive home. Change clothes and shower as soon as possible.
  • Wash hands thoroughly with soap for at least 30 seconds (hand sanitizer can also be used).
  • Refrain from movement to and from regions known to have high infection counts.
  • Be conservative with travel to hometowns and recreational travel. Only go on business trips when they are absolutely necessary.

Basic lifestyle for daily life

  • Washing or sanitizing hands frequently.
  • Thoroughly practicing good coughing etiquette.
  • Frequently circulating air.
  • Keeping a physical distance from others.
  • Avoiding the three C’s (close contact settings, crowded places, and closed spaces).
  • Checking your temperature every morning, and monitoring your health. If you have a fever, or cold-like symptoms rest and recover at home.
