If　your　child　is　expected　to　enter　a　Sendai　Municipal　Elementary　School,　please　have　your　child　take　the　health　examination.　If　your　child　is　not　able　to　take　the　examination,　please　bring　passports　and　residency　cards　of　you　and　your　child　to　the　School　Affairs　Section　and　submit　an　application　for　school　enrollment.
