Aoba Ward Office English Interpretation Service

Aoba Ward Office is offering free interpretation service for those who need English interpretation support when completing Ward Office procedures.

If you know your visit date in advance, we recommend making a prior appointment to secure an interpreter at the desired time. Immediate assistance may be available depending on interpreter availability. For assistance, please check with the relevant counter staff to confirm if an interpreter is available.

Cancellation

Cancellations can be made via the URL in the reservation confirmation email up to two business days before your appointment. After that, please contact the Aoba Ward Office at 022-225-7211 by phone.

Rescheduling

Please cancel your original appointment first, then make a new one.

Things to Note

• This service is only available for procedures at the Sendai Aoba Ward Office. Interpretation appointments for personal matters unrelated to ward office procedures will not be accepted.
• Please be punctual. If you arrive late, the interpreter's allotted time for you may be shortened.

Meeting Venue

In front of the information desk on the 1st floor.
Upon arrival, please ask the information desk staff to call the interpreter. The　interpreter will meet you shortly. (If you request interpretation assistance at the counter, an interpreter will come to assist you there.)
