令和7年9月10日（水曜日）午前10時より予約が開始されます。

仙台市は、国外から転入する外国人向けの特設窓口を開設します。

窓口の利用にあたっては、オンラインによる予約が必要です。

予約できる人	日本国外から仙台市に転入する外国人の方 ※代理人可
予約できる期間	令和7年9月24日（水曜日）から令和7年10月3日（金曜日）の平日8日間
予約できる時間	午前9時から午後4時まで　※30分間隔で予約可能 ※令和7年9月26日（金曜日）については、午前9時から午後2時まで

手続きの流れ

ステップ1　予約フォームから日時を予約

1. 事前予約フォーム（外部サイトへリンク）にアクセス
2. 同意事項にチェック
3. 予約日時を選択
4. 必要事項を入力
5. 予約完了（自動返信メールが届きます。）

ステップ2　マイページから予約内容を確認

1. 予約完了画面または自動返信メールからマイページにアクセス
2. 予約した内容と合っているか確認

ステップ3　事前入力フォームから届出情報を入力

1. マイページ上部から事前入力フォームにアクセス
2. 同意事項にチェック
3. 質問項目に回答
4. 届出情報を入力（日本語または英語で入力してください）
5. 事前入力完了（自動返信メールが届きます。）

ステップ4　予約した日時に会場へ行く

1. 持ち物を確認する
2. 会場（AERビル）の場所を確認する
3. Googleマップ（AER）（外部サイトへリンク）
4. 予約した日時にAERビル6Fの特設窓口に行く
5. 転入手続き完了

持ち物

• 【必須】在留カードとパスポート（主要空港以外から入国した場合は、パスポートのみ）
• 【推奨】スマートフォン
• 【推奨】新住所がわかる書類（入寮許可証など）
• 【任意】続柄証明書とその翻訳（同居する家族がいる場合のみ任意で提出）
• 【任意】委任状（代理人が手続きする場合に必要）

Overview

Reservations will open on Sep. 10, 2025 (Wed.) at 10:00 am.

The city of Sendai will open a special counter for foreign nationals moving from overseas.

An online reservation is required to use this counter.

Eligible people	Foreign nationals moving to Sendai from overseas* *A proxy may also complete the procedures for you.
Period	Weekdays from Sep. 24, 2025（Wed.）to Oct. 3, 2025（Fri.）
Reservation slots	9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.* *30-minute slots *Sep. 26（Fri）: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

How to apply

Step 1　Make an advance reservation via the online form

1. Open the Advance reservation form（external link）
2. Check the applicable boxes
3. Select a reservation date
4. Fill in all necessary items
5. Your reservation is now complete. (Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to access your personal "My Page.")

Step2　Check your reservation details from My Page

1. Access your My Page from the completion screen or through the link in the confirmation e-mail.
2. Confirm that the details match your reservation.

Step 3　Fill in information beforehand

1. Open the Pre-registration form via your My Page
2. Check the applicable boxes
3. Answer the questions
4. Fill in any information to be declared (in Japanese or English)

Step 4　Complete your desired procedures on your reservation date at the venue

1. Check to see if you have all necessary items
2. Confirm the location of the venue ※Google map (AER Building)（external link）
3. Visit the special counter (on the 6th floor of AER building) on your reservation date
4. Complete your Move-in procedures

Items to bring

• [Required] Residence card and passport （if you entered Japan via a non-major airport, please bring only your passport）
• [Recommended] Mobile phone
• [Recommended] Documents showing your new address (such as an accommodation permit)
• [Optional] Certificate of familial relationships and a translation of it (only if you are living with other family members）
• [Optional] Letter designating the right to proxy (if a proxy will be completing the procedures for you)
