• People aged 16 or older living in Sendai who are from abroad／仙台市内（せんだいしない）に住（す）んでいる16歳（さい）以上（いじょう）の外国（がいこく）出身（しゅっしん）の人（ひと）
• International students, researchers, or their family members／留学生（りゅうがくせい）、研究者（けんきゅうしゃ）、留学生（りゅうがくせい）・研究者（けんきゅうしゃ）の家族（かぞく）のどれか
• Holders of  “Permission to Engage in Activity other than that Permitted” ／資格外活動許可（しかくがい　かつどう　きょか）がある人（ひと）

How to Join　活動実施（かつどうじっし）までの流（なが）れ

1. Registration & Confirmation（Fill out the application form（外部サイトへリンク）. You will receive a confirmation email once your registration is complete.）／申（もう）し込（こ）みフォームからユーザー登録（とうろく）をしてください。
2. Matching（The secretariat will match registered members with available local activities based on interests and requirements.）／事務局（じむきょく）が、あなたの興味（きょうみ）や希望（きぼう）に合（あ）う活動（かつどう）をマッチングします。
3. Direct Contact（The activity coordinator will contact you directly.）／活動（かつどう）主催者（しゅさいしゃ）からあなたに連絡（れんらく）します。
4. Participation（Join the activity and enjoy interacting with the local community!）／活動（かつどう）に参加（さんか）します。

Details　内容（ないよう）

• You will receive a 3,500 yen Amazon Gift Card per activity. ／活動（かつどう）1回（かい）につき、3,500円分（えんぶん）のAmazonギフトカードをプレゼントします。
• Each activity is usually about 2 hours.／1回（かい）の活動（かつどう）につき2時間（じかん）くらいです。
• Depending on the activity, you may be able to participate with small children. (Note: Amazon Gift Cards are only provided for the registered participant, not for children.)／小（ちい）さいこどもと一緒（いっしょ）に参加（さんか）できる活動（かつどう）も見込（みこ）まれますが、こどもへのAmazonギフトカードのプレゼントはありません。

• Please come to the activity location on your own.／活動場所（かつどうばしょ）には、自分（じぶん）で来（き）てください。
• Registration does not guarantee participation in every required activity.／登録（とうろく）しても、希望（きぼう）する活動（かつどう）に参加（さんか）できないことがあります。
• Photos/videos taken during activities may be used for Sendai City’s promotional materials.／活動（かつどう）の様子（ようす）は撮影（さつえい）し、仙台市（せんだいし）の広報物（こうほうぶつ）などに使（つか）います。
• Please do not cancel without notice to ensure smooth operation.／無断（むだん）でのキャンセルはしないでください。
• Your personal information will be managed securely by the secretariat.／個人情報（こじんじょうほう）は事務局（じむきょく）が適切（てきせつ）に管理（かんり）します。
